Leader to Leader Institute
Established in 1990 as the Peter F. Drucker Foundation for Nonprofit Management, the Leader to Leader Institute provides social sector leaders with the essential leadership wisdom, inspiration and resources to lead for innovation and to build vibrant social sector nonprofit organisations.
The Leader to Leader Institute believes that a healthy society requires three vital sectors: a public sector of effective governments; a private sector of effective businesses; and a social sector of effective community organisations.
The Institute's special expertise and role have been to serve as a broker of intellectual capital, bringing together the finest thought leaders, consultants, authors, and social philosophers in the world with the leaders of social sector voluntary organisations. Through the provision of intellectual resources to leaders in the business, government, and social sectors, and by fostering partnerships across these sectors, the Leader to Leader Institute works to strengthen the social sectors of America and of nations around the globe.
The Australian Institute of Management (NSW & ACT) is delighted to be collaborating with the Leader to Leader Institute on the development of the program for AIM HIGH! The Effective Manager in Action. We would particularly like to thank Chairman of the Board, Frances Hesselbein and Director Marshall Goldsmith for their inspiration, generosity of spirit, ongoing practical support and participation.
