Kersti Nogeste
Dr Kersti Nogeste AIMM, Principal Consultant with Project Expertise Pty Ltd, is a program and project management consultant with experience managing complex programs and projects in both Australia and North America, particularly in information technology, the utilities and public sector. Kersti’s most recent assignments include the program management of a company acquisition and integration.
Kersti's doctoral level research developed the Outcome ProfileTM template which helps project stakeholders to define project scope and success criteria in terms of expected tangible and intangible project outcomes, their associated benefits and outputs.
Kersti, an experienced presenter both in Australia and internationally, is the author of a number of journal articles, a certified Project Management Professional, a board member of a regional hospital and a senior member of the American Society for Quality.
