Graeme Harvey

Dr Graeme Harvey works as a Senior Analyst in the Department of Education and Training in Victoria. Graeme has a keen interest in education and worked as a teacher, researcher and evaluator before taking up this role.

Currently Graeme’s work if focused on the evaluation and review of policy and program initiatives in schools. Graeme’s interests include the areas of school change, use of the theory of change, sustainability of school change, governance and the use of participatory models of evaluation in schools.
