Alison Monroe

Alison Monroe is a Director of SageCo, specialists in ageing workforce solutions. Alison has worked extensively across the UK, US and Australia. Alison is a lead practitioner in the BWA Managing Age of Change series, an accredited Retirement Success Coach and a member of the RCSA Age Management Advisory Committee. Alison works with a wide range of clients across the private and public sector including AMP, IAG, Deloitte, Westpac and St.George Bank, assisting them to implement solutions to workforce ageing and she is a frequent conference presenter.
