The 2007 Convention Registration includes the Welcome Cocktails on Sunday 16 September, the full program on Monday 17 September including the Gala Dinner, plus the full program on Tuesday 18 September including the Breakfast Book Launch.
Confirmation, Cancellation & Conditions
Registration will only be accepted and confirmed by full payment at the time of registration. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute participant is welcome. A 50% refund is available for cancellations received in writing more than 6 weeks prior to the event. No refund is available for cancellations received with less than 6 weeks notice.
