The World Peter Drucker Created

Peter Drucker dedicated his life to the study of management. He strongly believed that good management would lead to the betterment of society. With his books such as The Concept of the Corporation, The Practice of Management and The Effective Executive, he launched the ‘practice of management’ as we know it today.

Peter Drucker died in November 2005, just shy of his 96th birthday. However his legacy and impact will long be remembered. This Convention is a celebration of the ongoing relevance of his ideas, particularly as they apply to the effective manager is action.

In this session four of the world’s leading management thought leaders pay tribute to Peter Drucker – telling us of the man they knew and worked with and of the influence he had upon their careers.
