The goal of this workshop is to give you, as a participant, the opportunity to reflect on your role in the emotional 'duet' played out between professional advice-giver and the client.

David Maister will conduct this workshop entirely by discussion rather than as a series of formal presentations.

The program will be broad in scope, in order to address the variety of issues faced. A major theme will be the importance of developing a sustained, trusted client relation akin to a romance rather than a 'one-night stand'.
