Concurrent B2

Boom or Bust

SageCo with their alliance partner, Business Work & Ageing (BWA) (Swinburne University), provide practical solutions to manage the demographic shift in workforce being experienced by organisations around the world.

SageCo is currenly sharing the age management journey with organisations such as AMP, IAG, St George Bank, Westpac, Deloitte and the NSW Government.

SageCo goes beyond discussions of the demographic shift. It can help delegates explore and exchange tactical solutions to the challenges of an ageing population, including how an age management plan is developed and implemented.

The journey oftens begins with a demographic audit, to provide a clear picture of where the risks are in the organisation, and surveys and focus groups of mature workers to create or re-establish a culture that values the mature worker.

This presentation will include:

  1. Overview with compelling BWA research
  2. Client case study.
  3. Facilitated Q & A
  4. Facilitated session on preparing an action plan.
