An Integral Approach to Organisation Transformation.

Inspired by Ken Wilber’s Integral Model, PeoplePlus adopts a highly systemic and empowering integral approach to organisation transformation, incorporating paradigm shifts in how leaders, employees and consultants work together to bring about changes.

This session will outline the PeoplePlus approach which incorporates a number of key principles including:

  1. Identifying and addressing the source instead of curing the symptoms
  2. Developing leadership instead of leaders
  3. Inner change instead of outer change
  4. Focusing on wants/goal instead of problem
  5. Empowering/strengthening instead of fault finding.

 
Presenter: Ivy Ning

Ivy is an organisation consultant based in Hong Kong. She is the founder of PeoplePlus Consulting, a master coach and a certified professional facilitator. She currently leads a team of consultants with rich and diverse consulting and coaching experience on top of strong business background.

During the last 10 years in organisation consulting, Ivy has worked with many executive and leadership teams in bringing transformation to their culture, expanding leadership competencies and enacting on their visions/missions. She is certified on level 1 & 2 of Spiral Dynamics Integral Technologies by Dr. Don Beck, and adopts an integral approach to organisation transformation, bringing about systemic, values-based and behavioural changes in her consulting approach. She is also a Certified NLP Practitioner and CoachU Graduate which add to an integral approach to support both organisation and leadership development.

Before her consulting career, she spent 10 years in the Information Technology industry, taking up regional marketing and business development positions for the North American companies including Lotus Software (an IBM company) and Sybase in Asia. Having worked in numerous start-up and multinational operations, Ivy has a deep understanding of many of the challenges corporations and leaders face today.
